All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. However, at damnvape we stand behind our products and are pleased to offer a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Authentic damnvape products determined by damnvape to have manufacturing, material or workmanship defects.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

• Damage of a product resulting from negligence or misuse
• Damage of a product resulting from improper handling, transport or storage
• Damage of a product resulting from user modification of the product
• Damage caused by natural disaster
• Products with external signs of damage
• Theft or loss of the product (including loss in transit)
• E-liquids and damage caused by e-liquid or water
• Batteries and damage to a product caused by a battery
• Clones and counterfeit products and products that cannot be verified as authentic damnvapeproducts
• Products that have been transferred from the original retail purchaser to subsequent parties (including auction style websites such as eBay)
• Color discrepancies: certain manufacturing materials or processes do not allow for a perfect color match across all products, colors may vary slightly
• Tarnishing of bare metal finishes
• Packing or shipping errors (please see shipping policy)
